Due to an “unfortunate” statement from a doctor, my anxiety increased so much at the beginning that I hardly left my homes and practically stopped doing any sport. As a result, the heart palpitations occurred even more frequently (or at least I noticed them more often). Today, 10 years later – and after reading many, many studies – I have a good idea of how extrasystoles can be reduced and what helps against anxiety, at least in my case. I hope this video helps some people who suffer as well. 🙂
